The North Regional Library includes a
18,000sf. renovation and 12,000s.f. addition to one story steel
frame structure which includes a 3,000s.f raised light monitor and
architectural aluminum ceiling canopies. The site features
extensive storm water management engineering including multiple
permanent wet lands as well as an underground storm water detention
system. The interior features a modern exposed ceiling system
meant to maximize the open feeling inside of the building.
