New 33,000sf 3-story, steel frame, brick veneer Administration building which utilizes an auger pile and pile cap foundation system. This project also contains a state-of-the-art audio visual system as well as security cameras.  The building houses the Brunswick County Managers office, tax and budget offices as well as numerous other administrative offices for the Brunswick County Government.
