This project includes 3 projects in one consisting of a new stand alone Department of Social Services Building.  The DSS building is a 2 story steel structure with brick veneer and interior drywall partitions.  The Health Building Renovation was a 3-phased renovation of the existing Health Building with new mechanical units and ductwork, acoustical ceiling, and paint.  Extensive work was done to bring existing above ceiling work into compliance with building code.  The Kitchen Addition and Expansion includes a complete new kitchen area with 2 walk-in freezers, a walk-in cooler, offices, and complete food prep and storage areas.  Through close coordination, we were able to keep the Health Department and Kitchen Department fully operational through construction with minimal disruptions.
