New 2-story approx. 90,000sf masonry load-bearing structure with
face brick exterior walls, CMU interior walls and Energy Star hybrid
built-up roof. This school building contains classrooms, gymnasium,
dance rooms, art rooms, an auditorium with a performance sound
system and cafeteria with complete kitchen. This project has a
current goal of LEED Gold Certified and anticipates 45 points
including 12 in the construction phase.
