This project for the US Postal Service included replacement of the
entire HVAC system including roof top units, complete replacement of
the air handler unit in the basement, hot water system, controls and
fire alarm system for the Eastern Distribution Center. All
repairs were completed while maintaining the operational
capabilities of the distribution center. Extensive
coordination was required including power shut downs, relocating the
incoming power service, relocating piping to accommodate the new air
handling unit, and maintenance of life safety systems through the
duration of the project.
