This project includes a new 65,000 sf
addition, 35,000 sf renovation, and 100,000 sf of demolition of
existing school building. Extensive site renovations are part
of this project including a road widening, new public utility
service, permanent detention basins, and athletic fields. The
addition includes a gym, media center, and administrative wing.
The building is a one-story steel framed building with load bearing
masonry at the gymnasium, brick and metal panel veneer, and a metal
standing seam roof.
