Bordeaux Construction completed additions
and renovations at Emma Conn Elementary for Wake Public Schools in
March of 1998. Work consisted of addition of a two story, approximately
26,000 s.f., brick classroom addition as well as approximately 2,500
s.f. of renovation. Renovation of the existing building consisted
of selective demolition and providing new floor, wall, and ceiling
finishes as well as new casework and markerboards in the dance and
drama classrooms.
