The Hoover Road Apartments renovation project involved extensive structural changes as well as repairs to existing apartments. Work included converting two bedroom apartments into three bedroom apartments and three bedroom apartments into four bedroom apartments as well as a complete new construction of a community building and extensive site work. Bordeaux was able to work with the owner and designer to value engineer over $500,000 out of the project to arrive within budget.
