Third Forks Maintenance Facility was constructed to meet the vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance needs of the City of Durham. We demolished the existing sewage treatment plant. The project included the construction of two maintenance sheds, two maintenance buildings, administration building, fueling station and renovation of an existing structure from the existing sewage treatment plant.
